MethodStep one Place 3 of the best leaves of 1 straight on the plate in a triangular formation, creating a small triangular nest in the middle. Cut the remaining endives into 2cm length pieces. Step two Place the cut up endives into a bowl with 2 and 3 and then toss. Place this mix into the triangular nest in the middle of the plate. Step three Garnish with 4. Step four Dissolve 5 into 6 and add 7. Whisk and pour over the salad to taste. |
